We will walk from the heart of U Street to 9th Street in Shaw on a culinary journey chronicling the intricate flavors, textures and colors in Ethiopian cuisine. Our tour will highlight the food by stopping at a number of family run restaurants, each with different specialty dishes hailing from different regions of Ethiopia. Our cultural food tour will chronicle the culture, history and cuisine of Ehtiopia over several hours, giving you an inside look at the resilient, hard working people.
